    BodyTalk Access - Self Care
Learn in a day, use for a lifetime!

I’m really excited to let you know that the FIRST “child friendly” BodyTalk Access course to be held in the UK will be held at The Clockhouse in Milford, Surrey on Sunday, 18th July.

BodyTalk Access is a day where the layperson can learn a simple set of energy based techniques that will allow you to deal with around 65% of your family’s healthcare issues, in addition to the BodyTalk Fast Aid protocol to help in accident and emergency situations.

Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult.

In brief, the day will cover the following:

Cortices: Reduces stress levels & relaxes, improves clarity of thought, concentration, memory, overall well-being & general physiological functioning of the body.

Switching: This technique helps to reset the brain’s stress threshold to a normal level. It also improves overall brain function, addressing attentiveness, poor co-ordination, mood swings, poor decision making & confusion.

Hydration: Nothing happens in our body without water. This technique works on helping the water to cross the cell barrier, so that it can be utilised by the body. This greatly improves the efficiency of all physiological processes.

Body Chemistry: Designed to stimulate the immune system & address many chronic & acute conditions. It addresses viruses, bacteria & parasites and it works to help the immune system deal with allergies, food intolerances & accumulated toxins.

Reciprocals: The integrity of the structure of the body is critical for living a healthy & mobile life. The co-ordination of the muscles, balance of the muscle tone, & the unrestricted flow of energy through the body are all critical to healthy functioning at all the levels of the body-mind complex. This technique has a significant effect on many forms of injuries, arthritis, circulatory issues, co-ordination patterns, spinal problems & chronic pain, & improves the general functioning of the body.

Fast Aid is a combination of two of the above techniques. Fast Aid is applied after First-Aid has been administered. With simple issues it can be used as a stand alone technique (often no or reduced swelling, bruising and pain). In serious conditions it is designed to be used safely until specialised health care arrives.

It promises to be a fun and informative day so please spread the word to anyone you think might be interested.
